NexusRelay provides AI agent deployment, management, and cost optimization services ("Cascade Intelligence Platform"). Services are provided on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AI agents are provided "as-is" and may occasionally produce inaccurate outputs. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions that affect your business operations.
You retain ownership of your business data. We retain ownership of the NexusRelay platform, dashboard, and proprietary cascade routing technology.
NexusRelay's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We target 99.5% uptime for all services. Enterprise clients receive a formal SLA with guaranteed uptime and credits for downtime.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
