Welcome to NexusRelay. These Terms govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By purchasing or using any NexusRelay service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Operator Information

NexusRelay is a service brand currently operated by Miguel Barrientos. References to “NexusRelay,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Miguel Barrientos operating the NexusRelay service brand, unless otherwise stated.

NexusRelay may later be transferred to, assigned to, or operated by a separate legal entity. These Terms may be updated to reflect that change.

Payment receipts, bank statements, or processor records may display NexusRelay, Nexus Relay, nexusrelay.dev, Stripe, or the current operating name associated with the payment account.

2. What NexusRelay Provides

NexusRelay provides AI-assisted, done-for-you digital business services. Current services include:

Each service is a one-time digital delivery unless an optional monthly maintenance plan is explicitly purchased. NexusRelay is not a subscription platform. NexusRelay is not an uptime-guaranteed AI agent platform.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Payment

Some services are purchased directly at listed prices. Custom Website packages are quoted. When you request a package, we confirm scope and pricing by email before any payment is taken. Prices shown on the website are starting points; final pricing may vary based on your specific requirements, which we will confirm in writing before you pay.

Payments are processed through Stripe. You'll receive an email receipt for every successful payment.

4. Delivery

We deliver digital services by email, PDF, document link, or live URL, depending on the service.

Delivery timelines shown on each service page (e.g., “24-hour delivery,” “48-hour delivery,” “72-hour delivery”) refer to business hours starting from the time your intake form is submitted.

For these Terms, business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding major U.S. holidays, unless otherwise stated in writing. If we anticipate a delay, we'll tell you proactively.

5. Revisions

Each service includes a revision round or rounds as described on its respective service page. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at an hourly rate or project fee, which we quote in advance. Typo corrections and small factual updates are always free.

6. Refunds

For audits, reports, reviews, and content packs (AI SEO Audit, Landing Page Review, Email Sequence, Social Media Pack, Competitor Analysis): if you don't find the deliverable actionable, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

For Custom Website builds: We offer a 7-day satisfaction review window from delivery. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will make reasonable revisions to address the issue. If we approve a full refund, your license to use NexusRelay-created design, code, copy, or website files ends unless we agree otherwise in writing. You always keep ownership of the original content, logos, photos, and materials you provided.

For Monthly Maintenance: cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing. No partial-month refunds.

All refund requests go to nexus@nexusrelay.dev and are reviewed within 2 business days.

8. Monthly Maintenance Plan

The optional Maintenance Plan is available to website-build customers and covers ongoing updates, minor content changes, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and a monthly performance email.

Bugs caused by NexusRelay-delivered code are fixed at no cost for 30 days after delivery, whether or not you are on the Maintenance Plan. Bugs caused by client edits, third-party tools, hosting changes, plugins, integrations, or external platforms may be billed separately after quote approval.

Monthly Maintenance Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel by emailing nexus@nexusrelay.dev before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not create a refund for the current billing cycle. If we later offer online self-service cancellation, you may also cancel through that method.

Hosting for the first month may be included when stated in your written quote. After month 1, hosting may be available as a standalone service or bundled into a Maintenance Plan. Pricing will be shown in writing before billing.

11. AI-Assisted Work Disclosure

NexusRelay services are produced with a combination of AI tooling and human review. AI may draft, synthesize, analyze, or accelerate portions of the work; humans review the final output before delivery.

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may occasionally include errors. Clients should verify claims, data points, and recommendations before relying on them in business-critical contexts.

12. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, except for NexusRelay's pre-existing tools, templates, systems, workflows, design systems, internal processes, and reusable components.

You retain ownership of the original content, logos, photos, and brand materials you provide.

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display non-confidential completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.

13. Marketing Examples, Testimonials, and Case Studies

Any examples, sample results, case studies, or scenarios shown on our website are for illustration unless clearly identified as verified client results. They do not guarantee similar outcomes. Verified testimonials, when used, reflect individual experiences and may not represent typical results.

14. Refusal of Service / Restricted Uses

We may refuse, cancel, or discontinue work that involves illegal activity, deceptive claims, prohibited or restricted products, spam, harassment, infringement, harmful content, or any use that may violate applicable law or our payment processor's policies. If we cancel before work begins, we will refund any amount paid for the cancelled service.

15. Third-Party Services

Some deliverables may depend on third-party platforms such as payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, email providers, delivery platforms, or social networks. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes, or limitations caused by third-party services.

16. No Professional Advice

Our audits, reports, recommendations, and content are for business and marketing support only. They are not legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, or professional advice.

17. Project Delays / Abandonment

If a project requires client input and we do not receive a response for more than 14 days, the delivery timeline pauses. If we do not receive a response for more than 30 days, we may close the project as inactive. Reactivation may require a new quote.

18. No Guarantees of Outcomes

We cannot guarantee business outcomes — including traffic increases, conversion lifts, revenue growth, search rankings, ad performance, or customer acquisition results. Our work is informed by established best practice, but results depend on factors outside our control: your market, execution, product quality, competitive landscape, and customer response.

We promise craft, speed, and actionable deliverables — not guaranteed business outcomes.

19. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost business opportunities, or third-party losses. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we may notify customers by email or by posting an updated version on the website. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
